The AACS Eagles JV Volleyball team competed against class A and B schools at the Lincoln "Splitter Quad" on Tuesday, 9/10. 

The first match was against AA Huron JV. The Eagles battled but eventually lost the first set 16-25. They then lost the second set, also with a score of 16-25. 

The Eagles then went up against Monroe’s JV team. They lost in two, with set scores of 17-25 and 7-25. 

AACS ended with a bang against the host Ypsilanti Lincoln, sweeping the Railsplitters in two sets. The Eagles won the first set by a score of 25-9. The Eagles also won the second set, this time by a score of 25-20 for the victory. Highlights from the final game came from Elise Belsley, who served four consecutive aces.

The AACS JV volleyball team has their first home game versus Rudolf Steiner’s Varsity team on Friday, 9/13.
