AACS' High School cross country team's lone runner, Brody Jeruzal, set a new PR at his recent meet which was held at Hudson Mills Metropark. Jeruzal cut 7 seconds off his previous time (19:26) for a new PR of 19:19.

Jeruzal says he can't wait to keep shaving time off his runs, and says he's "only 20 seconds off my goal for the season of getting under a 19 minute 5k."

Jeruzal will compete in his next meet at Whitmore Lake High School on Saturday, 10/19.
